REFUND POLICY:

Due to copyright and trademark laws, the purchase of the course within my hybrid group coaching program is final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for attended calls that are found unsatisfactory. Refunds for missed calls can only be made in the event of medical or bereavement reasons.

By enrolling in the Hybrid Group Coaching Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding recordings and privacy:

One-Party Consent Notice (Kentucky Law)
Kentucky is a one-party consent state under Ky. Rev. Stat. § 526.010 et seq., meaning that any party to a conversation may lawfully record it without the consent of other participants, provided they are part of the communication.

By participating in this group, including but not limited to live sessions, webinars, coaching calls, and discussions, you consent that:

The group provider may record live sessions for the sole purpose of making them available to other enrolled participants who miss a session.
Recordings will not be used for course materials, testimonials, marketing, or promotional purposes.
You are prohibited from recording any portion of the group unless you are an active participant in the conversation and comply with Kentucky law.
Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or use of recorded content outside of this group is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the group or legal action.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PARTICIPANT RIGHTS: 

Recordings will be accessible only to registered group participants who were unable to attend a live session.
If you do not wish to appear in the recording, you may turn off your video and/or change your displayed name before the recording begins to stay anonymous. 
If you have concerns about being recorded, please contact [email protected] before participating in any live sessions.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm your understanding of Kentucky’s one-party consent law and acknowledge that recordings may occur solely for participant review as permitted by law.

Highly recommend! If there was an option for 10 stars I’d give her a 10!! Sarah has played a major role in the 180 degree turn in my marriage! Learning about our attachment styles has helped us have more understanding, compassion and knowledge of each other. The Best Attachment Style Coaching! My husband and I got more out of four weeks of Dr. Hensley's attachment coaching course and group program than we did out of literal years of couples and individual therapy.
