We have a thorough vetting process for our affiliates. It is important to notes that affiliates are not to promote the hybrid group program or any of our courses as any type of medical advice. Nor can they guarantee outcomes or results. 

AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The Love Doc Relationship Coaching Services (“Company”) and the individual or entity agreeing to participate as an affiliate (“Affiliate”). By participating in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

The Affiliate Program allows the Affiliate to promote and sell the Company’s hybrid group coaching program (“Program”), which includes a 4-chapter course on achieving attachment security as well as 4 live calls in a small group setting with Dr. Sarah Hensley or one of her coaching colleagues. Affiliates will earn a commission for each qualifying sale they generate.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

2.1. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2.2. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at its discretion.

2.3. By enrolling, the Affiliate agrees to these Terms and Conditions and represents that they will act in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Affiliates will earn a $100 commission for each sale of the Program priced at $899 made through their unique affiliate link or referral code.

3.2. Commissions are paid only on completed sales where the full payment of $899 has been successfully processed.

3.3. Refunds: If a customer cancels or requests a refund, no commission will be paid on that sale.

3.4. Payments: Commissions will be paid on a weekly basis, via paypal. 

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting the Program using ethical and professional marketing practices.

4.2. Affiliates may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about the Program. Affiliates must disclose that they are earning a commission as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

4.3. Affiliates may not:

• Engage in spam or unsolicited emails.
• Use deceptive advertising.
• Engage in practices that damage the Company’s reputation.

4.4. Affiliates must comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection and advertising regulations.

5. Relationship of Parties

5.1. The Affiliate is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of the Company.

5.2. The Affiliate has no authority to bind the Company to any agreement, obligation, or responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, revocable license to use promotional materials, including logos, images, and content, provided by the Company solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.

6.2. Affiliates may not modify, copy, or create derivative works from the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Term and Termination

7.1. This Agreement is effective upon approval of the Affiliate application and will continue until terminated by either party.

7.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

7.3. Upon termination, the Affiliate will:

• Cease all promotion of the Program.
• Remove all Company materials from their platforms.

7.4. Commissions for completed sales prior to termination will be paid in accordance with Section 3.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1. The Company makes no guarantees regarding income potential or specific results for participants in the Program. Results depend on individual effort and commitment.

8.2. The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Affiliate in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information provided by the Company, including but not limited to sales data, customer information, and marketing strategies.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Affiliate and supersedes all prior agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
